As I was leaving my office yesterday, heading to the cold home that awaited me, they contacted me because an evening appointment suddenly became available!

The technician arrived and was very nice and took time finding the problem. He also took the time to clean the inside of my furnace and replaced the faulty pressure switch after he isolated the issue.
