“One night, our AC started making a terrible noise and died. We called the company thinking we would get a recording. We got an actual human and requested that a technician come out in the morning. A technician called, the appointment was scheduled, and he showed up promptly. The motor was found to be burnt out, and they had to order a replacement, which they did immediately. It was shipped overnight and was installed this afternoon. We were without air conditioning for less that 48 hours. Service was prompt, extremely friendly, and reasonably priced, and we were told exactly what to expect and when to expect it at every point in the process.”
